About the Innovation Team
The Pref-Tech Innovation Team has been driving strategic growth and innovation for the past two years. Our mission is to vet manufacturers and vendors before they become part of the Pref-Tech portfolio. With countless products and services in the market, we ensure that only the most viable, effective, and relationship-focused partners make the cut. We evaluate vendor offerings to determine their real-world impact, test products to validate quality and effectiveness, and assess partnership potential with a focus on long-term relationships over one-time transactions. After providing recommendations to the Executive Team for final approval, we ensure that the organization is informed about approved technologies and solutions. Through this rigorous process, we help Pref-Tech stay ahead of the curve, ensuring that every solution we integrate is meaningful, reliable, and aligned with our commitment to excellence.
