Grady Jett serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Pref-Tech, where he leads a unified team of design-estimators, sales professionals, and marketing specialists. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, aligning strategy across go-to-market functions, and strengthening Pref-Tech’s brand in the enterprise security market.

Grady focuses on building high-performing teams and developing individuals to reach their full potential, while maintaining a culture rooted in accountability, purpose, and strong core values. His leadership plays a key role in positioning Pref-Tech for sustained growth and long-term customer relationships.

Grady began his career as an officer in the United States Army after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He served for five years, including assignments at Fort Carson, Colorado and a deployment to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military experience continues to influence his leadership style, emphasizing discipline, clarity, and mission focus.

Since joining Pref-Tech in 2005, Grady has been instrumental in the company’s growth, helping shape its sales strategy, brand identity, and market position.

In his personal life, Grady finds strength in his family – his wife Kim is the cornerstone of the family binding them with their three sons, Huntley, Hudson, and Hayes. Together, they reside in the suburbs of Montgomery, Texas. He approaches fatherhood with a blend of mentorship and camaraderie, engaging actively with his boys. Grady's diverse interests reflect his multifaceted character. An avid golfer and fitness enthusiast, he harmonizes his pursuits with his professional responsibilities. A culinary explorer, Grady enjoys experimenting with food and cherishes the moments spent with loved ones in the great outdoors. An ardent hunter, he embraces traditional hunting with a bow and string, sharing this passion with others. Grady's dedication expands to his involvement with the Sunrise Ministry, where he bonds his love for nature with a commitment to nurturing relationships among men and their spiritual journey with Christ.
